With an issued capital of ₺72 Million and equity capital of ₺164.2 Million, the company was founded in 1996 as an Investment Partnership and was transformed into a Real Estate Investment Trust on 14.10.2010. The Company's objective is to create a portfolio comprising the real estates and the rights based on real estates and to manage such real estate portfolio in accordance with the rules and principles specified by the legislation with regards to the real estate investment trusts. Properties available in Company's portfolio:

• Carşamba Intercity Bus Terminal: Bus terminal and terminal building has a gross construction area of 10.036 m2 approximately.
• Samsun Intercity Bus Terminal: There are a bus terminal, petrol station, bus bay and carpark within the municipality of Ilk Adim in Samsum. It is located on the intersection linking the Black Sea coastline to Central Anatolia and the Marmara Region. Bus terminal building has a total of 19.200 m2 of indoor space and consists of 4 floors in total.
• Havza Intercity Bus Terminal: Havza Bus terminal station has a total of 3.935 m2 of usage area and the remaining 1.723,62 m2 of the facility is designed for businesses and 2.229,38 m2 is designed as shared space.
• Other: In addition, the portfolio includes 5 flats at Istanbul Metrocity and Alanya Gokay building complex and the 17th floor of Metrocity Business Centre.
