The main line of business of the Company primarily consist of building and operating petrol stations and touristic facilities, to give operating rights, to establish and sell businesses and to take over the established businesses. The company has been operating the hotel named “Miranda Garden” since December 2013. The Company is publicly-held and traded in Istanbul Stock Exchange (BIST).

The Company is managed with a concept that fully funds its operations by using its own resources without outsourcing and takes action where it deems profitable, by watching opportunities either in tourism or petrol station or various other real estate aspects.

The line of business of Metro Tourism and Hotel Management is to buy, sell, export and import petrol and petrol products, fuel oil, diesel oil, LPG and liquid fuel; to buy, sell and lease property, real property, machinery equipment, etc. Paid-in capital of the company is ₺45.000.000 and the size of equity capital is somewhere in the region of ₺68 Million.
