It was founded on 16.04.2017 as a Portfolio Management company with a ₺2 million issued capital within the ceiling of ₺10 Million registered capital, as a 100% subsidiary of Metro Investment and went live on 10.16.2017. Another important activity of the company offering Individual and Corporate portfolio management services is the Management of Investment Funds. Thus, an umbrella fund was formed on 08.03.2018 and an application was lodged at the CMB for the establishment of a Hedge Fund.

It is expected to be operational within 2018. The size of the portfolio it managed has reached ₺300 Million within a period as short as 1 year after it went live.
