It was put into operation in 2009 as the only warehouse at the airport in Carsamba, Samsun, built on a 7.400 m2 land, with an indoor space of 5.000 m2, the construction of which was completed in 2008. The Company's main line of business includes air cargo transportation, Vanet regional distributorship, cake factory, paddy, rice & beans factory, orchard and Ayvacik Hotel management. And it has ₺60.000.000 capital. Operating in coordination with Turkish Airlines, the company is engaged in domestic and international air cargo transportation. Samsun Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. has ongoing investments in dairy products and chocolate products at Gelemen Food IOZ; aquaculture at Bafra IOZ; Natural products in Ayvacik; integrated hazelnut and cracking in Terme-Carsamba; hazelnut cracking in Ayvacik. The affiliates of the Company are:

• Kavak Cake Factory: The plant with an indoor space of around 2.500 m2 over an outdoor space of 8.938 m2 at Kavak Organized Industrial Zone is the most contemporary cake plant within the region. The facility, which employs 23 staff, is a business that contributes added value to the region. The works to increase the existing 7 ton/day capacity up to around 13 ton/day are about to be completed.
• Bafra Beans and Rice Factory: The plant built over a 9.844 m2 land at Bafra Organized Industrial Zone in the locality of Dogankaya, which operates with a capacity of 420.000 ton/year is the most modern facility in the region. Among other 13 paddy factories within the region, it has the capacity to receive about 20% of the region's paddy production on its own. The plant operations, which are normally carried out by total 18 employees, require 28-30 staff in the seasonal (peak) periods (September - January).
• Terme Orchards: There are a total of 4 employees and 62.000 fruit seedlings at the orchard built over approximately 240-decare field in the locality of the village of Akbucak, Terme. Mostly, apple and pear varieties are grown.
• Vanbes Besicilik San. ve Tic. A.S.: Business activity is breeding, raising, caring (husbandry), feeding, slaughtering, storing, purchasing and selling, exporting and importing sheep & goat, cattle and poultry animals. The capital is ₺6.000.000 and the participation rate is 99.69.

Apart from those, Metros Gıda, Ulkem Bafra Legumes (Beans) and Samsun Hazelnut Production companies are the other affiliates it owns.
